Terms

Last updated: June 2026. A plain-English starting point — formal project terms are set out in each written quote/agreement.

Quotes & scope

Each project is confirmed in a written quote describing what's included, the price and the timeline. Work begins once that's agreed.

Payment

Projects are typically invoiced as a deposit and a balance on completion, unless agreed otherwise. Ongoing care/retainers are billed monthly and can be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the website and content created for you. Your domain, hosting and third-party accounts are set up in your name — there is no lock-in.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, access and feedback needed to complete the work, and confirm you have the rights to any material you supply.

Liability

I take care to deliver quality work, but to the extent permitted by law my liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
